Terms of Service / 利用規約

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a plan or accessing any content provided by Postunomy ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our services.

2. Nature of Service

Postunomy provides educational movement coaching and posture analysis delivered asynchronously via video review, written reports, and a personalised Notion dashboard. This service is not a medical, physiotherapy, or clinical service and does not constitute professional healthcare advice. It is not a substitute for in-person physiotherapy or medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Plans and Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise Postunomy to charge the applicable fee to your nominated payment method. For subscription plans, your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be received before the billing date of the current month to take effect from the following month.

6.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle in which the request is received. For example, if your billing date is the 15th and you submit on the 10th, your subscription ends on the 14th of that month. If you submit on the 16th, it continues until the 14th of the following month.

6.3 No Refunds

6.4 One-off Plans

The Light Plan is a single payment for one assessment. It cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is made.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Restrictions

7.1 Ownership

All content delivered by Postunomy — including written reports, feedback videos, trace-overlay animations, exercise programmes, Notion dashboards, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Postunomy. All rights are reserved.

7.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content delivered to you solely for your own personal health and fitness purposes.

7.3 Prohibited Actions

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Redistribute any content, reports, or videos to any third party, whether for free or for payment.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content or programme provided by Postunomy.
• Share access to your Notion dashboard with any person other than yourself.
• Copy, reproduce, or publish any portion of the content on any platform without prior written consent.
• Use the content as a basis for creating derivative coaching products or services.
• Screenshot, record, or extract content from your Notion dashboard for distribution or commercial use.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.

8. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information in your onboarding form.
• Submit videos and photos that clearly show the movements and postures requested.
• Use the exercise programme responsibly and within your physical capabilities.
• Consult a registered healthcare professional before commencing any exercise programme if you have a known medical condition, injury, or health concern.

9. Turnaround Time

Postunomy aims to deliver completed reports within 7 business days of receiving a complete and usable video submission. Postunomy is not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

Postunomy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to a breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Postunomy's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. Postunomy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Postunomy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
