Your submitted videos and photographs are stored in a private Google Drive folder accessible only to you and authorised Postunomy staff. They are used exclusively for the purpose of conducting your movement and posture analysis. Videos and photos are not shared with any third party, used in any marketing materials, or published in any form without your explicit written consent. Upon written request, your files will be deleted within 30 days of service completion.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, including restricted access controls, secure cloud storage via Google Drive, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.
